Hi,

I thought i would join the forum as i know from past experience how helpful member of forums are!
I have a very nice Bravo on a 58 plate, i bought second hand last November. I love my car and up until now no major problems with it.
But I cannot connect my iphone 5s to the Blue & me. it had worked up until the latest update iso10.2. So i am thinking maybe it is an issue with my phone, but thought i would sound you guys out, maybe someone has the same problem?
The car attempts to pair the phone even giving me the 4 digit pin code, but my phone just wont connect. It lists Blue & Me in the now discoverable section but, when connecting it says Connection unsuccessful make sure Blue&Me is in range. I am sat in the car!!!!!! :bang::bang:
do i need to update the cars Blue&Me? If so how? i have tried taking Blue&Me off bluetooth and putting it back on again. still nothing.
Any help would be great as i am getting myself very frustrated:confused:

Welcome to the forum.

This is just one of many quirks of the B&M system. The worse bluetooth system in the world.

Try to unplug the - lead of you battery. leave it unplugged for about 20 minutes before plugging it back.

If that doesn't work, do the system update again.

I had the same thing with an iphone and found in he end it was me not doing it right. Once I got the sequence correct it connected straight away. I am sorry I cant remember exactly what I did but it was all about settings at both phone and car and doing it in the right order. I have found the system works perfectly apart from not understanding when I say yes!!! I just press the OK button to get round that one.
