Hi i'm new at this

so i have a fiat brava 14cc 12V and the problem is that the injector warning light come on and of and black smoke come out the exhaust i had slimier trouble before like 2 weeks ago i change the oxygen sensor and the car was running fine until now and i don't now what is the problem , maybe i need to clean something ?? please help me asap thank you
