Hi There - I'm new.
I am in love with a Fiat 500C 1.4 its 2009 edition but that means it has a good bhp, it's got a great livery and is convertible, I'm going to see it on Saturday.
There are however 50K miles on the clock and its £5K
Are there any watch-outs I should be aware of? Or anything I should ask the dealer?

Ask for proof the cam belt has been done, £250 otherwise, wires that go to boot lid are a potential failure (well documented ) check everything works especially the ac and other electrical items, look underneath for RUST on suspension and brake components/sump using a bright torch that you should take with you, if you've not bought many used cars take someone with you who has, pull the dip stick, look at colour and quantity, a good owner will have 4 matching tyres, though two different types front to rear are ok, but not side to side.

You don't say which model it is - the lounge is more desirable than the pop and sells for significantly more.

Whichever way you slice it, £5k is a lot of money for a 7yr old car. If you're not well versed in looking critically at secondhand cars, I'd strongly recommend you pay for an independent engineer's report before committing to anything. If you're a member of one of the motoring organisations, that would be a good place to start.
