Hey,all. Have just bought a Stilo 1.2 Active with a 6 speed gearbox. Have need of help on a few issues, but we'll start with the gearbox. No crunching or lack of gears, but it can be intermittently stiff/vague on any gear. Have bled the clutch and lubed the base of the gear stick, and that has improved the selection and lessened the stiff episodes. The stick also leans to the right, away from the driver.
I need help with solutions and how to, as the net seems lacking in answers, and Haynes seems to have overlooked the Stilo. Thanks in advance.

What type of mechanism does the shift use?

Twin cable.

Check for slop in ball couplings either end. Check the outer shroud is located securely each end.

What is the spring loaded plunger on the end of the longer side to side cable?
