Have 2009 Doblo 1.9JTD, and alas has the 4 pin MAF/IAG sensor. Get 0101 and 0111 codes. Cannot find any info of connections or voltages, ECU pins etc.
No info on correct feed voltages or outputs etc. Shows two 5V feeds at the 4 pin plug, but Bosch say a HFM-7 has 5 and 12. That could be the fault, but cannot get circuit diagram etc.
Local garage have Autopoint, and they cannot shed light. All Doblos have 5 pin MAF, this is a minority run model.
Car runs fine in default mode. Can turn engine light off, and may go 2/3 days OK, then light back on.
Have fitted genuine Bosch replacement to no avail. Have tested wiring and plug/sockets etc. Get same readings as old MAF.
It appears it is not in circuit effectively. Cannot check back to ECU as do not know the pins. Could be ECU itself of course.........have checked all pins for corrosion etc.
car is only 56k and mint. Drives spot on, but cannot stop light coming on. Would put resistors across to fool the system, but what value and across which pins..............

Long shot, but try disconnecting the battery (both terminals) and leaving it overnight. this completely resets the ECU (apparently) so it has to re-learn everything, including your driving style etc.
