I have a 1.3 multijet cargo van - doblo. The engine management light came on and I lost revs at 3000. It is in my local garage and they are saying that the turbo solenoid is sticking. They are suggesting that I need the whole turbo unit replacing. It is a W reg - how can I unstick it?
