7seater
Hi I'm new to forum, have 2014 500l 7seater 1.6 multijet.
I'm from Scotland.
I'm new to forum but not to Fiat, have previously owned Sceicento Sporting and Ducato van.

Hi, Recently bought a 500l trekking (14 plate) 1.6 after having several Panda's, I am loving the extra space and comfort after the Panda's but having a few niggling problems like the USB port ,start/stop not working, fog lights coming on with the headlights so am taking it back to dealers to be sorted, apart from that love the car, what do you think of the 7 seater? Cheers Davie

Hi.
I'm also fairly new myself, having joined a couple of weeks or so ago, again a 2014 500L 7 seater owner, 1.3 diesel. We've also had a couple of Fiats previously,- I'm quite liking the spaciousness of the car and how relatively high off the ground it is to get in and out of, a necessary consideration when you're not so young anymore! Davietich, unfortunate that you're having problems, although personally, I'm not a fan of the 'stop/start',- mine is switched off, and will stay that way as I'm unconvinced that it will make any useful contribution to my mpg and in the longer term won't help the life of battery, alternator or starter motor. As my car is the 'Popstar' version, I don't have foglights (may fit them later) and although I don't need 7 seats normally, they'll come in handy when we have the Grandkids on board. I'd sum up the car as being comfortable, spacious and hopefully reliable and economical in the longer term.
Cheers,
Keith.

Hi guys, definitely impressed with space, the leg room for the very back seats is only designed for children or small people in my opinion lol but still enough for keeping my lot in comfort. I also have the popstar version in white and impressed with the little gimmicks that relate to the 60'same version it's based upon. The only thing I'm considering is fitting a towbar to tow my old bikes to shows etc

Agree with you Goinker that the stop/start is not worth bothering with and is basically just a nuisance, I had it on my previous panda and never had it activated, just taking it back to the dealers as I don't know if all these faults are connected. Happy motoring!! Davie

The Stop Start only works in certain circumstances, for instance, if the battery voltage is low, cold outside temperature, engine still cold and even drivers seat belt not fastened it won't operate. It can seem random at times but it may not be a fault
