Barchetta just got my car!

Hi Everyone,
I've just taken on a Barchetta and just love it. Already had a lot of great comments. I'm used to an automatic so do find the manual changes difficult but don't mind it being a left hand drive. I'm in France and today had the top down. Bit nervous driving it but I'm sure I'll get there and soon be a menace again on the road!

Hi Charlie, it is a 1996 Barchetta, grey with black hood, Just love it. Found the hood heavy to pull down but getting there! 30 degrees outside so lovely to drive around. Will post in the Barchetta section.

Mine's like that, too. I'm told that the gas struts need replacing, but I haven't got around to it yet (well, I've only had it 9 years!

).

Meanwhile, the extra effort involved in putting the hood up and down provides some useful upper-body exercise
