I have a 2000 model fiat palio weekend EL,1.6 16v.
While driving my heat gauge went slightly above half and car switched off,so I pulled over to check water it was boiling.so I waited for car to cool down,topped up water and it started.I le it idle a bit before taking off and it switched off again and refused to start up again.Had to tow the car back home and next day I tried starting it just swings but engine won't start.called Mac he says could be plugs,so bought a new set car started and then cut off again.now it back to square one,so took plugs out no sign of oil or water on plugs. While browsing on forum came across someone who was in the same situation, said the sensors need replacing, I don't know where to locate sensors.please help.

Have the ECU read for faults first.
