My mother's car a Fiat Palio burn by itself alone and Fiat Brazil response was vague and not point what happened and who was responsible for that.

Better than that, a new car that had all optional items installed at the authorized dealership FIAT FORTE, under 10,000km that came out the first review of manufactures, drove less than 5 km, AND START ITSELF ALONE TO BURN, STOPPED.
