Hi all,
my wife and I have recently bought a Fiat 500 Twinair 80hp version.

and we are in love with it, only thing is the Dualogic gearbox, you really have to get used to it, think of it like a manual box, ie take off throttle when gear change, handbrake on when hill starts etc.

I have read lot of review saying the twinair never get the claim MPG, however I think the manual one they all tested uses more fuel as I could get very close to the MPG they claimed. I managed to average 4.7L/100km (60mpg), claimed figure of 3.9L / 100km. but that's with me driving in eco mode and drive like a granny.

it has factory Tomtom, but missed out the sunroof and leather seats.

anyway, picture time.

Welcome to FF and Congratulations on your purchase!

Twin Air economy is renowned for being heavier that quoted, but it will improve with mileage. Some folks on here report that it can take a full 10,000kms or so for a TA engine to properly loosen up. 4.7l/100km is actually pretty good though. How many km's has the car done?

4.7 is very good (although frankly such a small car should be capable of better). Is that manually calculated?

Manuals always use less fuel in the real world, the only reason autos sometimes do better on the test cycle is they change gear whenever they want, while manuals have prescribed shift points. Autos even in manual mode tend to be too rev happy and won't allow you to load the engine enough for peak efficiency.
