Hi, and welcome, connect a code reader / scanner , it's the fuel rail pressures you really need with a "common rail diesel" any history of the vehicle, gradual adding to issues.. , any recent work done.., etc, Charlie - Oxford

Or were you just guessing? As Charlie says, needs proper diagnostic, otherwise we are all guessing. Is the stop solenoid not disengaging? Are there any warning lights on?
