Put new bulbs in but not working. Bulbs are new can anyone tell me is there a fuse for these or are they on some sort of relay ?? Everything else at the rear is working fine and dandy and had the back panel off and the wiring looks fine.....confused.

Hi "Mel" , and welcome to FF

often it's a poor connection where it plugs into the clip-in light unit,

see if you can plug the rear units into the front sidelights wiring for a "test" of each unit,

if the front "sidelight unit" works up front.. but is DEAD at the rear , then you'll know it's the wiring..,

testing that would normally be quicker with a meter

telling us which PANDA you own may help here..,
