Just bought a 54 plate Idea 1.4 Eleganza, 49k miles with full history. Its a lovely car, I love the ride height and driving position plus has so many toys built in. Slight airbags problem to sort out but apart from that its great.
I have had a seciento, a brava and a stilo before this. Think a may be a Fiat fan lol.

Thanks Dave, all the under seat connections have been done. Working my way through them. Having them hardwired where possible to save future messing about.

I have also just bought a Idea on an 05 plate, 51,000 miles and I think its brilliant. No issues so far but I have only had it 24 hours!

Be interesting to speak to another idea owner to help me work it all out!

I'm new to the forum, have an Idea too, (struggling to find out if I have to dissemble the front end to change an alternator!)
Past family Drives - 2 X old Pandas, 3 x Puntos, 1 x Tempo, 2 x Tempras, ('best car ever' to quote my Wife it just 'fitted'), 1 x Cinqecento, (broke my wife's heart after 160,000+ miles and neglected on drive for 8 months - then started first pull to go to the 'great scrapyard in the sky'), 1 x Marea, (hardly ever mentioned?),1 x new Panda and 1 x Idea, (last 2 presently)
Not to mention Alfa's - I may need some sort of therapy
