Hi Gang, just found FF. Been driving my 1100 for a number of years. It's no longer stock (except for the body). The drive train, suspension, steering is a bit of a mix. Subaru engine, VW Type 3 (IRS) rear suspension and transaxle, modified front suspension and steering. Yep, it went from front engine rear wheel drive to rear engine rear wheel drive.

Here are some photos. The shot from the rear shows the raised engine box I made with the cover open. Subaru boxer 4cyl down there (MPFI turbo).
