3 door sporting
Hi all my clutch cable snapped tje other day and am looking on euro car parts website and they have two listed one shorter and one longer, can anyone tell me which one I need please?

I can't remember. The Sporting takes a different cable from the others.

Do be aware that broken clutch cable usually means clutch at end of life.

According to the AA it's a common fault on these he knew exactly where it had snapped and he had the right parts to repair it!!!

It's common, but it's a symptom.

from memory longer one for sporting shorter for wet boxes (899 and 1.1mpi )

The places that have been suggested to buy one want nearly a tenner more so won't be gojng to them!!!

don't know where you are looking but when i look the price on s4p is almost exactly the same as eurocarparts for the cheap and nasty part - which the part from ECP will be! The genuine part is about £10 more but its worth every penny extra.
