Hello Members,
Having just bought a 1973 Fiat 130 Coupe I felt it is important (and helpful) to join the Fiat Owners Club. I am currently carrying out a light restoration on the vehicle and it will soon be ready to have a complete re-spray. It is an unattractive metallic green example but I can see that it was originally gunmetal so I am intending to return it to its original colour. The seats are black leather which are in excellent condition but I am making new carpets as I cannot live with the shade of orange that they currently are.
It has become clear to me that spares availability are difficult to source (non-existent in the Isle of Man). Unless other members know differently, I think it is the only 130 in the Island. With that in mind, I was wondering if anyone has workshop manual in either hard copy or pdf. I would be happy to pay the cost of either a photocopy or burning onto a disk. The car also needs front and rear subframe rubber bushes and a number of other mechanical parts to enable it to pass the Vehicle Import Test here before I can register it as a Manx vehicle. I should be grateful for any help or information on parts suppliers. Sorry to have droned on but hopefully I will get some help.
Many thanks
Tony
