Hi first time on any forum so stand back i have a 03 doblo which starts first time always but now when i depress the acelerator after the engine starts it will go all the way to the floor but the engine just idles sometimes it may pick up alittle been tpol it could be the egr valve anybody have this fault and more importantly a cure?

when I first got my 2008 Doblo 1.9 jtd, it started but wouldn't take any throttle until it had been running for around 30/45 seconds.

I discovered the DPF had been stolen, therefore allowing no real pressure.

However, more importantly, the intercooler pipe (nearest the gearbox end) was disconnected as the hose clip had rusted & fallen off.

I would be looking for a hole or a disconnect first as they are prone to rubbing the rubber pipe on the gearbox, allowing the turbo pressure to fall off.
