How do I turn off that bloody annoying seat belt alarm off on my Australian delivered Fiat 500 ? I use the seatbelt but don't want it quacking at me when I am moving the car a short distance.

dont think you can - for obvious reasons!
Edit: Correction! Just read a Panda thread which suggests you can turn it off in the options menu so maybe have a look there, may not be the same in a 500.

personally I think it should be left on but admittedly it can be annoying when you plonk a heavy bag of shopping on the passenger seat and it goes off
