Hi All,
Owner of a Fiat Brava Formula. Never really had much to do on my car as my Dad was a pretty handy mechanic, alas he passed away last December so I'm going to be scouring these forums for hints and tips!!!
The car really kicked off after my Dad died, exhaust, clutch and heater matrix all went within 2 months!!

Hi and WELCOME TO THE FORUM

Hopefully you will find all the information you need and more here!

Yeah hi Scotty, congrats on the car , nice that you're keeping your dad's motor going...

The Formula is a good model, nothing special really just the extra touches that lift the looks and make it sem quite sharp and sporty for a 5-door euro-hatch. Just stick it next to a bloated, blobby Alfa Mito or Mini and it kills them looks-wise.

You can expect to need to fix things now with the age of these cars but at least the dreaded heater matrix has been done!

If you're lucky your dad may have already done... front wishbones, shocks, ARB droplinks, track rods, sill underseal replacement / rust repairs, rusty sump, rusty front subframe, rusty rear brake pipes, clutch slave cylinder, rear subframe bushes, ...

I think I've pretty much done everything on mine, engine changed at 106 K Miles but now running sweet at 150 K miles.

What colour is yours? Mine is "Electric Emerald" green. Will post photos one day...

Cheers
