Just joined the forum and hoping for some guidance and help from those in the know.


I have two Fiats, a 2000 Black Barchetta which I have owned for 8 years and 2006 1.4 Grande Punto which I've had for 5 years. I live in Northern Ireland and do occasionally see a Barchetta on the roads, but they are becoming a
rarer sight!


The problem I have is that both the speedo and rev counter stopped working on the Barchetta. After lots of backwards and forward with Cluster Repairs UK who couldn't resolve the problem, had to buy a salvage part. Problem is when refitted. airbag light is on. Could someone help by letting me know the best site or location how to download the Fiat ECUScan software or if it is better to buy. I have purchased the leads I need to connect to laptop.

Hi Ral, and welcome to FF,

I used the FREE version of MES downloaded from the MultiECUScan homepage,
worked a treat on my '04 panda,

you'll probably have to download the drivers for your lead.. I googled this..!!

any issue probably best to ask in the TECH section of FF,
as that's where I've recieved good MES help, :worship:

maybe say HI to @weesmurf in the panda section too..!!
