Even though I have been a member here for some time, I don't tend to post but read threads with interest

I'm looking for some advice on the dreaded DPF, as I'm considering buying a Doblo Diesel, would I be right in thinking the JTD ELX versions do not have the DPF fitted? if so please could you advise on what year they were first fitted as I think with my limited mechanic skills I would be better off avoiding a model with DPF

I beleive they were introduced "in parallel" around 2007, (option)

the VED / road tax should tell you if it's got a DPF as standard..as it's CLEANER = cheaper to Tax,

look in the doblo answer for a more difinitive answer

DPF's were introduced as standard fitment 2006.

Useless, stupid and expensive...same as stupid Dual Mass Flywheels :bang:

Who ever heard of a flywheel wearing out?

Anyway, buy a petrol Doblo, no chance of either problems
