Thing is, I too am planning a similar project...except I don't want a permanent camper!

We plan to build a kitchen unit 700mm x 730mm x 500mm which will bolt in behind the small rear seat.

The reason for this is so my son has a safe seat with belt.

The other seat can be removed & stored when the beds are in place.

The beds I plan to be a bolt together system that can be removed and stored flat.

This way, I get to use my camper once or twice a year and the rest of the time it is a regular car again.

We start today drawing plans, so photo's will appear at some stage.
