Hi everyone, I'm new here. I just purchased a set of leads to connect my pc to the diagnostics connector in the car, but despite being original fiat stilo leads (green, yellow, red and the adaptor), the actual plugs for the connector are different.
Can anyone enlighten me on wether I have located the right connector?
Many thanks:D

That's the view of the body computer from the front as you see it (under the flap by the drivers right knee on right-hand drive stilos). The circled part is the OBD2 connector ;)

Hi, thanks. You wouldn't know how do I plug the D shaped connector leads that Fiat says should be plugged in there?

Hi, thanks. You wouldn't know how do I plug the D shaped connector leads that Fiat says should be plugged in there?

What interface are you using? ELM327 interfaces plug straight in and the three adapters plug straight into this connector as well. They only fit one way round due to its shape, most if not all interfaces should plug straight in if they are for OBD2 vehicles, I have only used the ELM interface

This is the description of the leads I bought:
ADAPTORS + KKL: FIAT ALFA Airbag ABS Power Steering CAN MultiECUScan.
I have the KKL adapter, and the coloured leads which apparently are compatible with ELM interfaces, but I could not get them to plug in. (I tried for about 10 minutes).
I will try again tomorrow.
Thanks for your help (y)
