Because it's not been re-set probably..

Some garages just can't do it.

Generally if you have your receipt you can nip to you local auto-electrician who can reset it for about a fiver!

My garage had to call out their "special sparky" with his snap on diag kit!

Any body with a copy of fiat ecu scan or multiscan and elm 1.3 ob2 connector can reset service indicator. Post your location you might get someone local to you that might help
