Hi I just bought a Stilo and, posted my first thread yesterday but cant find it anywhere. I used the drop down box under my login name, and tried searching subscribed threads, and by my username, but still fails to find it...

Am i doing something wrong, or am I looking in the wrong place? The thread was referring to error code P0046 and was asking advice.

I also downloaded the elearn zip files from the download section, but have tried 3 different unzip programs, and only the first 'elearn' file will unzip. Are these available in unzipped format?

Regards Chrissib

if your having p0046 problem have read of link below for checking boost solenoid valve and pipe work splits.
https://www.fiatforum.com/stilo/216973-jtd-engine-fault-light-error-p0046.html

also some very good info in the guides section on boost solenoid valve problems and moving the valve to fryer position, but check your pipework as in link above as you may have split pipe it does rub on wheel liner, I put extra protection on pipe work where it is near wheel arch liner on mine to lower risk of it rubbing and causing problems...but check guides/stilo for more info on boost valve also

hi thnks for the info, I have the elearn files but they wont unzip, apart from the first one. I know I need to burn the ISO image to disk, but if they wont unzip, I cant create the ISO image.

The car does not seem to be affected in any way, do you think the error code should stop me from using it?

does the fault code come back after it has been cleared, could of just been slight issue with boost valve had it on mine in past and just put it down to it being damp or little stuck as no issues since, mine did it twice and I carried on driving with no issues or power difference, last time was some time back and cleared code when got home and been fine since..and when it did do it was same place about 2 mile down road when giving extra throttle to overtake and put it down to either boost valve being a little sticky or damp connectors and did not effect performance either..if you have returning fault code you best look into it but if not would drive as normal

thanks, going to get it checked on monday, but still need the car before then, so as there is no noticeable difference to running or performance, think I'll keep using it and take a chance.

Have you saved all of the zip files into one folder? They need to be in the same folder that you make. Selecting "extract all" should give you your img file to burn to disc.

This - it's a single archive in multiple parts, you don't have to open each individual zip file, just the first one which will automatically extract from the others.

.....is that why parts 2 - 6 wont extract separately?

all my attempts to burn to disk are failing, is there a way of reading/running this ISO file without burning to disk?
