Hi, Can anyone help with a couple of problems, 1st is, occasionally my engine management light comes on and engine cuts out, but starts up straight away on key turn, 2nd, my heater only works on the full setting, its a (2002 Doblo van 1.9D) cheers!

Can't help with the first problem, it could be anything and you should take it to a dealer for diagnosis.
For the second problem, if by heater, you mean the fan blower only works on full then that's most likely the resistor pack in the dashboard, common problem if you do a search you'll find plenty of posts about it.

num 1 could be lots of things
starter plugs good luck with num 1 plug
dpf filter give a good run out !
fuel filter
num 2 deffiantley the resistor just a straight replacement ,but don't be surprised if not blown again on restarting !:slayer:
