just a quick hello,
Having recently become a father, it became too much driving round in my little 3 door Corsa B, climbing in through the front door with the boy, or leaning through the boot to put him in his car seat, so i went on the search for a more practical car, on a tight budget. Being in France, the majority of cars are French, and the french love to support themselves, so an Italian car at a good price, wasn't snapped up within the same day!
So here i am, the owner of a 1998 Marea Weekend ELX 100TD, with 220,000Km on the clock. It has a fair few problems, and so i expect i shall be fairly regular here in the coming months, but never the less, i am actually very pleased with the car, they're not half bad eh!
Anyone want to buy a Corsa?

thats a reasonably high mileage, but not necessarily a problem,

just a note, im not actually French, im a Mancunian who married a French girl, and i live over the channel now. Also, mileage was in Km, works out to about 136,000 miles, still reasonably high, but i hope to see it another 100,000 Km at least.

I guessed you were educated in the UK ( lancs still counts..)

I realised it was 220KMS = enough..!
those engines are pretty tough= as I said- not necessarily an issue,
