Hi there, first day here and already I have a question. Just bought a 2002 Seicento to replace mine which was stolen over christmas. Cracking wee car but for some reason the heater blower only works on the highest fan setting and then works fine, Is this a common issue, Presume the blower and heater are fine, could it be the switch or a lose wire.

There's a resistor pack in there to goven the lower speeds. Looks like it's blown.

Assuming it is a similar setup to the Cinq, the fan uses a resistor pack to get the reduced fan speeds, but bypasses it to get full speed.
The resistor packs incorporate a small thermal fuse, which blow if they get to a set temperature.
Those thermal fuses cost very little, but (again if it is similar to the Cinq) you need to remove the heater unit to get to the resistor pack mounted to its under side.
