I've owned my Panda, almost from new(ex demo) since 2004. Last week, number 2 daughter needs to be shown under the bonnet prior to her driving test, as she may be asked relivant questions during the test. It's only then do I notice 2 Hydrolic fluid bottles. The main bottle on the passenger side, but there is a second, smaller bottle on the drivers side. I can not find a reference to it in the owners manual. What is this smaller bottle? It's going to be so simple, but I can't suss it at the moment!

It's the reservoir for the hydraulic clutch.
Only right hand drive Pandas have a hydraulic clutch, on left hand drive models the clutch is operated by cable.
