Hi I'm new on here, I've just bought an 2006 stilo 1.4 16v active air con, I've got a big sub which was run in conjunction with plenty of speakers but don't want all the wires, so I'm just wondering what are the standard speakers like, are they descent or should I fit my own, also when I fit an aftermarket stereo will it still show the radio station display on the dash.
Thanks any replies appreciated.

Oh ok cheers. I've only just bought my car and it's got a lambda sensor fault already, I can't believe it. Is there no way to keep the display, do you have to remove anything around the stereo to remove it cos I can't get it out?

The stereo can be a right pain. The keys don't always work. I often remove the lining of the upper glove box and the little coin pocket by the steering wheel and undo the clips by hand but it's one hell of a knack.

As for wires they can easily be hidden. There is loads of room under the side sills. I have 1 0 Gauge, 2 4 Gauge, 6 pairs of speaker wires, 1 large sub cable, Optical cable, AI Net cable, 2 or 3 remote size cables maybe more going through the car. There is tons more room under the carpet if you remove the front seats.
