Hi, I have 2006 Fiat Doblo Multijet 1.9 Diesel family. recently have had engine failure light coming on and then a loss of power when on any kind of incline. Have taken it to garage and on diagnostic machine, can sense no problem. The warning light goes out after a week or so, and everything is fine for around 2-3 weeks, then it starts all over again.
Any ideas out there as to what it may be. car is very low mileage and is serviced on a yearly basis.

Glen, your car is EOBD and if engine light is on then a error IS stored. I suggest you take it to a dealer or someone with equivalent equipment that can correctly & fully read the ECU.
