I just purchased a 500 sport two days ago. I am having trouble loading the eco drive in the car. I downloaded the program on my computer and loaded to the memory stick. Then put it in the port in the car and nothing happens. The eco drive program on my computer says that I am good to go. Any suggestion, solutions? Thanks. Love the car!!!

Perhaps it is already installed in the car?
Have you turned it on in the menu?

Is the memory stick fat32? Also is it a old/smaller one as that may have better luck than a large capacity one.
