Just a quick note to say hi.

My name is Jono and I have just joined the forum.

I have just rejoined the Fiat community after a months break! lol

In the last 4 weeks I sold my very tired Fiat Uno and found myself left with only the remnants of an Uno parts car.

I wasn't really looking for a Fiat straight away, but I couldn't resist the lure of a 89 Regata 100Sie for AU$240.00. So I bought it.

I feel these are a much maligned vehicle and have managed to own four of them now.

This one has full history and other than needing one or two jobs done for the roadworthiness inspection, its a pretty clean car.

Will keep you posted on its progress back onto the road.

Hi Jono, nice to have another one from the colonies, lol. Keep on meaning to visit Perth but never seem to make it but I'll make a point next time I visit.

Let's hope that there are some other Regatta enthusiasts about to keep you company or you'll get a little lonely. It doesn't appear that we have a dedicated section for the Regatta so you might need to look in here for any info or help you may need.

After owning four of them I guess you really know your way around them so your knowledge could be very useful to other owners.
