Black punto t-jet picked up today

Ive picked up my T-jet this morning and it looks and feels great very shiney for now ha ha
Heres my question iv got an air filter that could just bolt on insted of the orignal filter? would this do more damage than good? i put it on and drove around the block and it sounds amazing and it sounds like it has a dump valve! aswell now which i thought was strange lol. Its parked up fa the night now cause im lookin after the daughter cause the mrs is out 2night any help and advice you could give me i would be very greatfull

It all depends on what type of filter it is. Most cheaper 'performance' filters sound "good" but do bugger all for power increases. You get what you pay for.

Your best bet is to ask in the Punto section to see what has already been tried, tested and is known to be good:
