cambelt/timing belt replacement

Has anyone had the pleasure to change cambelt/timing belt. My JTD has done 54K and as it is up for its major service was thinking of replacing the timing belt as i plan to travel to Wales/Scotland this summer and don't want it breaking on me.

Just wanted to know whether the timing belt tensioners and adjustable rolls have to be replaced as well?
