I just wondering (because I did not found any relevant info in threads) is there any difference between rear brake calipers before and after 2006? I have a 2003 1.9 jtd with disc brake (allaround) and I tried to find rebuild kit on ebay including piston but I only found 2006 onward. Is there any difference? cheers

So I checked my one, it is a Bosch 38mm which is probably the most widely used by Fiat so I presume the part for 2006 onward is fine.
(it is on ebay, 281750316325).

Our multi is 2005 I was checking all round for brake dust etc, our car has drums, how come please?

You're better off with the drum setup to be honest. The Multipla started life with drums at the rear. Fiat switched to discs for a while around 2002-3, then went back to drums. The disc arrangement gave problems (especially with the handbrake releasing itself when the car was unattended) and for a period Fiat even offered a conversion kit to replace the discs with drums.

The rear brakes do very little work in normal driving conditions. The drums are more than adequate, make less dust and work better as a handbrake. Discs are overkill. The only problem the drums tend to suffer with are seized/broken ratchet springs in the handbrake self-adjust mechanism and that's an easy fix.
