Hi,

I just finished doing new wishbones and drop links on the multi and I've been getting a knocking sound (wasn't there with the old wishbones?). I've gone over everything and it all seems good and tight, however Ijust past the arb bush there is a weird spring that I don't remember being there before. I've looked everywhere and I just can't see what this could be from? ive tried to attach a photo, it's not part of the drive shaft as far as I can tell, is it part of the arb?

Looks like the expansion coil in one of the power steering fluid pipes. It shouldn't be in that position. Could you have bent it when doing the other work?

Thanks for the reply, yeah I just went through the eper diagrams and I see what you mean. It may have been like that before, when I replaced the wishbones I noticed some crazy bodging from the previous owner around the droplinks and the roll bar bushes. Although, the arb mount was only slackened off to slide the wishbone in, which I wouldn't have thought would result in this? Do you know what the proper position is for this? Should it on the other side of the drive shaft?

For anyone else looking rotate the pic 90 degrees counter clockwise to make up .... Up if you know what mean.
