Back with an ugly bug

Just bought my fourth Multipla, after a two year absence. A 51 plate ELX, petrol this time after three diesels. Nice all round condition, full history, new MOT, no advisories, recent discs, pads, handbrake cables, Cambelt and water pump.
AND everything works , even the air-con.
The dash console is a mess though, very sticky and half scraped off ! Need a couple of trim bits.
She came with fiat roof bars fitted, and they've been on for years by the look of it, can anyone tell me how to remove them please ? and does anyone have the blanking off caps for sale ? Cheers

To remove roof bars....
If they have been on for years the fixing nut and bolts will be pretty corroded.
Firstly you need to remove the 4 plastic end caps, held on by the "hidden" inner allen keys under the bars.
Then undo the nuts, 10mm?, holding the bar mounts on.
Then twist the corroded threaded bolt through 90 degrees so it slips out of the "slitted" roof mounting lug.
Begin with lots of WD 40!
