I am in the process of changing the sump on my multipla after smashing it on a stone.
I have removed all bolts from the sump, 2 from the sump to the gearbox, 1 from the bracket holding the drive train and the 1 holding sump to the cross member.
I can't see anything else holding the sump but it is still stuck solid!

Try using the forum search tool in the green bar near the top of the page. There are loads of results for 'sump', even if you narrow it down to search only the Multipla section
