Very much doubt you'll get 200bhp, you'd have to put a 16v alfa/vauxhall unit in to do that. I had a 120 multi, which had a partially gutted dpf and a remap, with a cg motorsport clutch.
I had to change the clutch disk from a kevlar to a dual friction type, as the kevlar kept slipping, even after a 1000 miles and running in.
The Dpf was partially gutted to keep the noise lower and keep back pressure up slightly to keep torque up in the mid range.
It was remapped to @150 bhp/190 lbft torque. It absolutely flew in the midrange, and would pull 110 on a steep uphill private test track and 117 gps mph on a flat private test track, not amazing but very usefull in the real world.
It did 42 mpg average, and was lovely to drive gently (most of the time) due to its generous torque curve, great fun to drive as it also handled well as you know, also fitted drilled grooved discs and ferodo pads, tbh brakes are not well specced on multis compared to newer models that stop on a sixpence.
Great fun to drive as a street sleeper, probably made lots of people take their cars back to the garage for a checkup, and had no problems overtaking cretins who accelerated when you overtook them.
The 120 multijet engine is magically a lot better than the 115jtd, might even have a slightly different turbo.
BTW havent seen those seats before, were they an option or recovered?
Good luck with the build!!

PS The remap also had a dpf delete in the coding, not sure if a tuning box can do this, otherwise a dpf error code may appear in your ecu and a dash light if you fit a dpf bypass pipe.
Tuning boxes can work pretty well, and produce a lot of torque, but in my experience, may not be as economical as a good remap, perhaps even @4mpg less. (y)

The 1.9 JTD 120bhp is the first incarnation of the Multijet engine. Utilising multiple injections per stroke it pushed refinement and power levels to a new high. With our software upgrade we can achieve 189bhp and 284lbft torque which gives for superb performance. The 120bhp is in essence a 150bhp with an 8v head but detuned in the software. The majority of the power comes from the removal of limiters and the end result is achieved using only a 0.1 bar increase in boost pressure, despite being a huge power improvement it is a very safe and reliable upgrade. We have developed this engine extensively and can provide more or less power than quoted. We develop all of our software on the rolling road to ensure accuracy in terms of both power delivery and also to ensure fuelling, boost pressures and exhaust gas temperatures are all within tolerance. Our aim is for maximum power whilst maintaining optimum reliability.

Stage Notes

The stage 1 software on this vehicle is designed for use with standard components and within tolerances.

This is classed as our fast road application which is the best all round performance for stock vehicles.

can be tuned to aprox 213bhp ,

running about 160bhp at the minute , seats were option on later models , will get remapper to try different settings from 180 to over two hundred see whats manageable on a daily basis ,whatever happens its going to be fun,

Interesting, I had Celtic tuning remap my old Qubo 1.3 multijet, from @85bhp to @105bhp, but with a great increase in torque, it was much better on the motorway, and still did @ 52 mpg.
Have you got a smartphone, or performance app, so you could get an approx idea of current performance and post remap performance.
These give great indicators of pre and post remap acceleration times up to @80 mph, and sometimes quite accurate engine power levels.
Celtic do tend to give high figures, but even if they get close, its still impressive.

thing is multijet engine even 120 is highly tunable i will take 190bhp but have removed dpf so should free up more ,probably tire spin and gearbox screaming might decide finally numbers.
