I have 2002 JTD Multipla. I have problem that I must pull off fuse No 12 because my side lights and rear lights and instrument panel light is always on.(no matter what i do with light switch or ignition key). I know that key must be pull of in STOP position ,not in PARK position
When I pull off fuse 12, I don't have +12 volts on clock, radio,interior lights, OBD connector etc UNTIL I put the lights on with lights switch. In that position everything is working correctly.
Yesterday I check faulty codes with Bosch specialist and I must put on fuse 12 (for OBD connector +12v), and during and after checking everything was in order , but after first time I put lights on with light switch, the problem is coming back.
There is not faulty code for that in memory.
Did anybody know where is the problem (lights switch, ignition switch, relays?)
And how can I use eLEARN from download section (I download all parts but I cant open any)

Problem solved. Melted and partly fused wires near the lighter is the cause. Re-isolated and make bigger hole on the bottom of the radio compartment to accommodate ISO connectors (away from lighter).
