Whilst looking for some info on the web last night, I stumbled upon this road test. Considering the amount of web digging I do, it's odd I have seen it before, but - there it is. A proper 'old school' road test with loads of useful figures and comparisons that gives a very good idea of what a Multipla is like to anybody considering buying one. Whoever wrote it obviously spent some time with the car, as they got it sussed. Far better than the crap journo's tap out on their iphones between coffee breaks these days.

Enjoy.

Interesting find, thanks! Only 4 stars for space/practicality though - what on earth would they give 5 to?!
Also interesting that the tested mpg is almost identical to the 'official figures'. I wonder what 'official' mpg would be advertised these days - about 100, probably.

I think it probably lost a star because it is a small car. Shorter than a Golf, for instance. As has been discussed on here in the past, a 'Grande Multipla' with a third row of seats - possibly 9 in total - would have been a great all purpose MPV. Sbarro built one (two in fact - a roundnose and a squarenose) as show specials.
