Hello all

Looking for some help if any good person on here is able to. My elx 1.6 52 plate multipla has the headlight washer pump missing and am looking for a replacement. This is where i get stuck! I have seen a few types on eBay and have identified the wiper pump but lost when it comes to the headlight washer pump.

Any ideas anyone? Or even a link would be great

Thanks in advance

If I remember correctly it's the one pump...it spins one way to do the headlamps and another way to do your windscreen... ( clever positioning of check valves)

Someone confirm/thrash my comment as I'm beginning to think I'm mixing it up with rear windscreen
Marty.

The shared motor with the one-way valves is for the windscreen and rear window. The headlight washers have their own motor.

I'd suggest getting the VIN from your V5 or car chassis plate and looking it up on the forum ePER (link in the blue bar near the top of the page). Keep clicking through the pages, selecting 'spare parts' and 'Fiat cars' etc - you'll get to a page where you can type in your VIN in a little box on the LHS. Everything from there on in will apply specifically to your car; part numbers that are greyed-out aren't the ones for you.

Using my car details, I got a part number 46813673 for the headlamp washer motor, later replaced by 51736645. An earlier version looks as though it could be 7790424 (looks an odd part number that one - not enough digits). However, these are for my car - not necessarily yours! A quick visit to ebay tells me it's likely shared with the Alfa 156. But don't take my word for it :)

Thanks for the help much appreciated I will have a look at the alfa ones too when searching. The previous owner removed it for some reason
