Where do people buy them?

fiat only do wiper + arm for £50 ?
From what I can tell it looks identical to the rear punto wiper, it can't be impossible surely?

Partsworld UK (about 8th item down when I looked on the above link) do the genuine Fiat ones for £29 delivered if you've got your heart set on a brand name. Someone further down the list is doing complete Wipex arms for £16 inc delivery.

Can you just clarify exactly what you need.
Is it the complete arm you need?

If you're meaning the blade itself is worn out/torn, just replace the blade.
Halfords, or any car parts/accesories place will sell wiper 'refills. I.e. just the rubber blade.
Snip the end with the little barbed metal locking tabs off, and slide the knackered blade out, get your new one (of the correct length, you can get them slightly longer if you can't find the exact length, and cut them to size, cut the end without the locking tabs), and slip it into place, end without tabs first.

Feed it through the arm's 'fingers', making sure they're in the slots in the blade backing strip, until you can clip the locking tabs into place in the end fingers.

Can never understand why people replace the whole wiper assembly (unless it's damaged in some way), it's only the blade that wears out after all.
