Currently I've got 195 60 15 and seen some 185 65 15 on eBay that are fairly local.
What are the main differences between them? Other than size!!

I would say go for it.
Obviously, the 185 is 5mm thinner than the 195.
In terms of circumference, the 185/65 are 1.1% bigger - so no difference you will notice.

Go for it as long as they are on the same axle you will be grand. I have 195/60/15 on the front and 195/65/15 on the rear as that was all the fella had in new tyres that day, I've never noticed a difference in the ride, just that they look a whole lot bigger lol
