Wonder if anyone can assist...

Just been to ASDA, opened my driver's side door and a gale slammed the door forward snapping the restraining strap and bending the door mounts/hinges. The door will just shut fortunately but it's well out of position. The door would only open about 30cm afterwards due to the door being pushed forward towards the front wing meaning the door-wing gap was not wide enough to open the door fully.

A body shop prized the door back a bit to get the door open to have a look see.
They said I need to remove the front wing to get access to the door hinges.
Given me a reasonable quote for the labour to fix, but I'm completely broke at the moment.

Can anyone describe how to remove the driver's side front wing, or point me at some instructions pls?
