Anyone know what the going rate is for a clutch and dual mass fly wheel for the new nose multipla is likely to cost me?

Last time I had the clutch replaced (by a non-franchised specialist, about 3 years ago), labour was around £220. I bought the parts. LUK clutch kit was around £90, the DMF £150-170? and the DMF bolts a fiver.
