I have tried both sizes and it doesn't make much difference. 195 is just one cm wider than 185.
Maybe this isn't new information for you, but at one point it was new for me: "all weather" apparently doesn't mean every weather possible. It means: dry or wet weather. They're not snow tyres or winter tyres.
I'm very happy with Nokian winter tyres from Finland, they tested very well and brake very well on wet roads. I've had Uniroyal rain tyres in the past, they do very well on wet roads. For wintertyres Kleber Krisalp do very well in wet and icy conditions, in my experience but according to the tests there are even better choices.
On a sideline: Michelin eco is ok, but nothing special. I haven't noticed a fuel advantage. They're a bit noisy.
The best tyres from the 2014 test of wintertyres are as follows:
Continental WinterCtc TS850 (1)
Dunlop Winterresponse-2(2)
Michelin Alpin A4 (3)
Firestone Winterhawk 3 (4)
Nokian WR D3 (5)
Goodyear UltraGrip 8 (6)
Semperit Speed-Grip 2 (7)
They're all about the same price. They will all do well in wet weather, on dry roads on snow and on ice. That makes them good allround tyres for the coldest half of the year.
All season tyres don't score that well all round.
