Could someone who owns a new nose multi, beep their horn for me and tell me where it is located. Mine has stopped working and I have no idea where it is.

Have you tried giving DA Motors a call? They break lots of Multis so should know where it is. While you're talking to them, you can ask how much for a replacement too.

Beep your horn . . .

Don't think I've ever kept the standard horn on any vehicle I've owned for more than a month or so, first thing I do usually is whack some nice loud Fiamms on (y)

Re: Beep your horn . . .

I checked on my eper too, but the page image for a 2006 model is of the old-shape car. I think Fiat were loosing interest....

Previous threads on this subject have established that the horn isn't in the same place on squarenose and roundnose cars (it's easy to find on the roundnose). I reckon they might have moved it into the void between the offside wing and wheelarch liner, where the washer bottle and pump live. AlonsoX - have you tried taking the offside arch liner out?

Hi widemouthfrog, I'll check that out tomorrow. Didn't think of looking in there, I presume it just clips off or do I need to dismantle the engine and take the front seat off? That's what it feels like with this car recently, nothing is easy to change.

No, it's pretty easy, on a roundnose anyway. I recommend taking the wheel off, but other than that it's just 3 or 4 screws to remove and then work you way around the edge of it to unhook it from surrounding panels. If you get a torch, you may even be able to peer in through the 'gills' on its front face without even removing it.

sorry mate i was going to reply on your other thread but the past couple of weeks have been hectic for me to say the least and to be honest i just totally forgot :( anyway i beeped the horn and from what i can tell it 'sounds' like it's coming from around the centre/rear of the engine bay behind the engine.....somewhere..... but i'm screwed if i can find it anywhere
